Pierre is Gray Area’s director of programs and initiatives.

Through 10 years working as an interactive producer, filmmaker, electronic music composer and all around creative type, Pierre has been exploring new creative processes and languages as a way to challenge the relationship between intention and experience, and study how new storytelling forms correlate with the emergence of new social meanings and ideals.

Before settling in San Francisco 4 years ago, you could catch Pierre shooting-editing in India, New York or Paris (Vice, Les films d’ici, Realise) producing music in London (Lo-Recording, Sony BMG, Publicis) or eating thin crust pizzas in Corsica.

At Gray Area, Pierre is leading the cultural incubator program and the organization’s initiatives, with a keen optimism as to pushing the limitations and possibilities of technology through art, storytelling and social practice.
